Notice of Annual Meeting 2022

Notice is hereby given that the one hundred and first Annual Meeting of Shareholders of T&G Global will be held on Wednesday 22 June 2022 commencing at 10:00am.

Meeting venue is Level 4 Lounge, Eden Park in Kingsland, Auckland.

The meeting will be held in hybrid format and all shareholders will have the opportunity to attend either in person or through live webcast, enabling them to view the presentations, ask questions and cast their vote from their own computers, mobiles or similar devices.
