Retirement of Director John Harvey

Stride Property Limited (SPL) and Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) advise that Director John Harvey will retire from the Boards of SPL and SIML, with effect from 31 May 2022.

John Harvey, who is the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Stride Property Group (Stride), indicated at the time of his re-election as a director in 2021 that if re-elected he intended to retire during calendar year 2022.

John Harvey has been a Director of Stride since 2009, and Stride has benefited from John’s calm and insightful counsel during a number of key transactions that have led Stride to become the company it is today, including the listing of DNZ Property Fund Limited in 2010, the creation of the current Stride Property Group in 2016, the establishment of Investore Property Limited (Investore) in 2016 and Industre Property Joint Venture in 2020, and the ongoing growth of Stride’s assets under management.

Director Ross Buckley was appointed as a Director by the Boards of SPL and SIML in 2021 in anticipation of the retirement of John Harvey, and SPL and SIML are pleased to announce that Ross Buckley will become Chair of the Stride Audit and Risk Committee with effect from John Harvey’s retirement on 31 May 2022.

As part of his retirement, John Harvey will also cease as a director of Investore, a Stride Product, and SIML will appoint Director Ross Buckley as a SIML-appointed director of Investore.
