Enprise appoints Marisa Fong to the role of Chairperson

AUCKLAND, 25 May 2022 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) advises that the board unanimously appointed Marisa Fong to the role of Chairperson

Marisa has been a non-executive director of the company since 1 February 2019.

Marisa co-founded The Madison Group in 1998, successfully growing it to become New Zealand’s largest privately owned recruitment company. Having won numerous awards, The Madison Group was acquired in 2013 by listed company AWF, in a textbook deal that set a precedent for the industry.

Lindsay Phillips who has been the chair since Enprise Group listed on the NZAX on 1 December 2014 said “he is delighted to have a person of Marisa’s calibre take over the role a Chairperson, she has brought a different perspective and knowledge to Enprise and it is expected she will do the same in the role of Chairperson.”

Lindsay will continue as a non-executive director.
