COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF LIFEHEALTHCARE

EBOS Group Limited (EBOS) is pleased to announce that it has completed its acquisition of LifeHealthcare. Details of the acquisition and associated capital raising were announced on 9 December 2021.*

In commenting on the transaction, EBOS’ CEO, John Cullity, said “LifeHealthcare is one of the largest distributors of medical devices in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. The acquisition accelerates EBOS’ medical devices strategy and further expands and diversifies our group earnings. We look forward to the business making a meaningful contribution towards our future growth and we are excited to welcome LifeHealthcare’s staff, customers and suppliers to EBOS.”

LifeHealthcare will be reported within the Institutional Healthcare division in EBOS’ financial results from 1 June 2022.
