NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of Comvita Limited (“CVT”), it has placed a trading halt on CVT Ordinary Shares. The trading halt was placed at 2:10pm, Tuesday, 31 May 2022.

The trading halt has been put in place pending the release of an announcement from CVT.

The trading halt will remain in place until the release of the announcement or market open on Wednesday, 1 June 2022.
