Settlement of Argyle Downs Acquisition

New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited (NZX.NZL) is pleased to confirm that its acquisition of the Argyle Downs dairy farm in Southland has settled today. For details regarding this acquisition, please see the investor presentation released to market on 8 June 2022.

The acquisition of Greenhill farm is unconditional and will settle on or before 30 June 2022.
