EROAD 2022 ASM & Director Nominations

EROAD intends to hold its annual shareholders’ meeting on 28 July 2022 at the West Lounge, Eden Park, Auckland, and will provide shareholders with further details as to the time of the meeting in due course.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is Friday 1 July 2022. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.
