Delisting from the Main Board of NZX Limited

Further to the announcement made by DGL Group Limited (“DGL”) on Friday, 27 May 2022, DGL advises that the Company will be delisting from the NZX Main Board (NZX) and that its ordinary shares will cease to be quoted on the NZSX and will delist from close of business on Thursday, 30 June 2022.

DGL shares will remain listed for ongoing quotation on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

Shareholders who hold DGL shares listed for quotation on NZX will automatically have their shares transferred to ASX quotation and no action is required from shareholders to facilitate this process. New Zealand shareholders will still be able to trade DGL shares through any New Zealand stockbroker who can facilitate trading through ASX, or through an Australian stockbroker.
