Message:

NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Trade Window Holdings Limited ("TWL") ordinary shares quoted on the NZX. The trading halt was placed pre-market open today.

The trading halt has been put in place while TWL undertakes the placement component of a capital raise.

The trading halt will remain until TWL announces completion of the placement component of the capital raise, or market open on Thursday, 14 July 2022.
