Results of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held 5 August 2022
At Kingfish Limited’s shareholder meeting, held in Auckland today (5 August 2022), and online, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• To elect Fiona Oliver as a director of the company.
• To authorise the board of directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor for the ensuing year.

It said sales applications had lifted 23% between July and August.
