MOVE Logistics Group Limited (NZX/ASX: MOV) advises that the closing date for director nominations is 31 August 2022. All nominations must be received by 4.00 pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person being nominated.
