For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Spark New Zealand Limited advises that in respect of its Annual Meeting to be held on Friday 4 November 2022, the closing date for director nominations is Monday 5 September 2022.

All nominations must be received at the below address by 6.00pm (New Zealand time) on the closing date.
