Change of External Auditor

Manawa Energy Limited ("Manawa Energy") recently completed a formal request for proposal process for external auditor services.
As a result of that process, Manawa Energy announces that the Board has appointed KPMG as its external auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2023.
Manawa Energy has accepted the resignation of its incumbent auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The Board and Management of Manawa Energy take this opportunity to thank PricewaterhouseCoopers for its services and support over the duration of their appointment and particularly through the sale process for the retail business.
