The Board of NZ Automotive Investments Limited (Company) (NZX:NZA) advises that Gordon Shaw’s appointment as Interim CEO of the Company will be effective from 5.00pm on 26 August 2022.

The Board has determined that Gordon Shaw is no longer an independent director following his appointment as Interim CEO of the Company. As noted in the Company’s market announcement on 22 August 2022, the Board has commenced an executive search for a new CEO. Once a new CEO has been appointed, Gordon Shaw will resume
his role as an independent director.
