Smartshares Limited is pleased to announce for the period ending 31 August 2022:

• Interim distribution amount.

You must be a registered security holder of the ETF on Record Date to be eligible for this distribution.

The Distribution Reinvestment Plan is available to all registered holders, elections must be made by 5pm on the Record Date.
