NZ WINDFARMS LIMITED (NWF): Director Resignation – Mr Mark Evans

NZ Windfarms announces that Mr Mark Evans intends to step down from the Board of Directors at the conclusion of the company’s annual shareholder meeting expected to be held late September. Mr Evans has served on the Board of Directors since May 2019.

The Chairman, Mr Craig Stobo thanked Mark for his contribution to the company’s governance. He has been a valued member of the Board where his insights and expertise have helped guide the company through a period of transition and stabilisation and he leaves with the company positioned for an exciting future.

Mr Evans expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to serve the company and that he was proud to have been a part of its journey. He praised the company's ability to adapt and change with the times and said that he looks forward to remaining an active shareholder of the company.

The Board extends its sincere thanks to Mr Evans for his dedication and service over the years and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
