Dividend Reinvestment Plan – Shareholder Letters and Participation Deadline


EBOS Group Limited (EBOS) advises that the attached letters regarding the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) have today been sent to shareholders.

In addition, EBOS wishes to clarify that the last date to submit a participation notice for this dividend in accordance with DRP plan rules (or cancellation notice where a shareholder has previously elected to participate in the DRP) is 5pm (New Zealand time) (3pm Australian Eastern Standard time), 12 September 2022.
