At Savor Limited’s shareholder meeting, held in Auckland today, shareholders were asked to vote on 3 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Paul Robinson be re-elected as a Director of Savor.
• That Lucien Law be re-elected as a Director of Savor.
• That the Directors be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor.
Details of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are attached to this announcement.
It said sales applications had lifted 23% between July and August.
Groceries, aviation, building supplies, digital services carparking all get a mention.
The company says the current patent loophole threatens its NZ operations.
