Manager issues Incentive units

As noted in the Annual Results for Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) released to the NZX on 11 August 2022, NorthWest Healthcare Management Properties Limited (the Manager), the manager of Vital, confirms that 5,878,511 new units in Vital were issued to it today pursuant to the incentive fee provisions in Vital’s Trust Deed.

NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT’s (NorthWest REIT) aggregate relevant interest in Vital units has now increased to 28.29%.
