Just Life Group Limited (NZX: JLG) confirms that its 2022 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held as an on-line meeting on Friday 18th November 2022 at 11.00am. An on-line meeting link will be provided.

In respect of its 2022 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, Just Life Group Limited advises that the closing date for director nominations is Friday 16th September 2022.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and should be accompanied by a brief curriculum vitae of the nominee.
