2022 Annual Shareholder Meeting Director Nominations
Contact Energy Limited advises that its Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held in Auckland on Wednesday, 16 November 2022. Further details about the meeting will be included in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders in October 2022.
The closing date for director nominations is 21 September 2022. Nominations must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and should be sent by email to [email protected]
