THL ENTERS TRADING HALT PENDING ACCC DECISION

thl has been informed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) that it has made a decision on thl’s clearance application for the proposed merger with Apollo Tourism & Leisure Ltd (ATL). The ACCC have advised thl that its decision will be released through the ASX Corporate Announcements Platform prior to the commencement of trading on Thursday, 29 September 2022.

thl has therefore entered into a trading halt this morning, which is to remain in effect until the earlier of the ACCC informing thl of its decision and thl releasing an announcement accordingly, or the commencement of trading on Friday, 30 September 2022.
