Subject: Tourism Holdings Limited ("THL") – Trading Halt of Securities

Message:

NZ RegCo advises that at the request of the company it has placed a trading halt on Tourism Holdings Limited’s ordinary shares (“THL”). The trading halt was placed at pre-market open today.

The trading halt has been put in place as THL has been informed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) that it will advise THL of the decision it has made in respect of THL’s clearance application in respect of the proposed merger with Apollo Tourism & Leisure Limited before the ASX opens for trading on Thursday, 29 September 2022.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the ACCC’s decision by THL, or market open on Friday, 30 September 2022.
