PLP/ BIF – Change of Director Announcement

Booster Investment Management Limited is pleased to announce that Richard Kirkland has been appointed as a new independent, non-executive Director of Booster Investment Management Limited, the manager of the Private Land and Property Fund and Booster Innovation Fund. Richard’s appointment is effective 30 September 2022.

Richard has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Business Administration, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Internal Auditor and Charter Financial Analyst. Richard has over 30 years of risk and financial management experience across private and public sectors. Richard has worked with many market participants and regulators in the financial services sector, has a strong practical knowledge of the New Zealand regulatory regime, and continues to practice as a consultant assisting organisations respond positively to regulatory change.
