Further to the memo released by NZ RegCo at 1.42pm Tuesday, 11 October 2022, Plexure Group Limited (“PX1”) has advised that it has now been admitted to ASX as an ASX Listing, and that from the open of trading on Monday, 17 October 2022 its home exchange will be ASX. From Monday, 17 October 2022 Plexure Group Limited (“PX1”) will be foreign exempt on NZX.
