Enprise appoints Nicholas Paul to the role of Chairperson

AUCKLAND, 25 October 2022 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) advises that the board unanimously appointed Nicholas Paul to the role of Chairperson

Nick has been a non-executive director of the company since 1 December 2015. He is an accomplished senior leadership professional with over 30 years of achievement and success in driving revenue growth for highly competitive tech businesses.

Nick has held senior Sales and Distribution roles in the Telco industry with Vodafone, Spark and Leading Edge Communications – Spark's largest channel partner.

For the last eight years Nick has been running The Sales Factory, a boutique sales consultancy practice helping Kiwi businesses realise their sales potential focusing on developing and implementing sales and distribution strategies.

Marisa Fong is standing down effective immediately from the role of Chairperson and will not seek re-election as a director at the next annual general meeting for personal family reasons.
