Board Composition Update

Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) advises today that Mohammed Al Nuaimi will be resigning as Shareholder Appointee from the Precinct Board of Directors as of today.

Haumi Company Limited have also advised that they no longer wish to appoint a director to the Precinct Board.
