RESULT OF POLL AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held today, the Board is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders were passed on a poll, including the following special business:

i. to allow the Company to make market purchases of up to 45,290,137 Ordinary shares representing 14.99% of the Company's issued share capital as at the date of the AGM notice; and

ii. to allow the Company to continue to pay quarterly interim dividends during the year.
