Attached is an amended Allied Farmers Limited (NZX:ALF)) Notice of Meeting for 24 November 2022, together with Explanatory Notes and Proxy Form.

Amendments made are as follows:

Notice of Meeting:
- Amend the start time of the meeting from 11am to 12.30pm;

- Page 1, under “Resolutions” add as a new Resolution 2: “Director re-election: That Shelley Ruha be re-elected as a Director of the Company”; and

- Page 4 – under “Explanatory Notes” add biographical details on Shelley Ruha.

Proxy Form:
- Under “Step 2: Items of Business – Proxy Voting Instructions” add as a new Resolution 2 as follows: “That Shelley Ruha be re-elected as a Director of the Company”.
