Just Life Group Limited sent the following communciation to shareholders after market close on 8 November 2022:

Dear Shareholder

You will have received the Notice of Meeting for the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting to be held at 11am on Friday 18 November 2022.

As you will have seen, the meeting will be virtual at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/jlg22. This is the statutory meeting required annually.

We are also pleased to invite any shareholder that is in Auckland on the same day to physically visit our premises for an informal meet and greet with the directors and senior management at 2:30pm 18th November 2022. We will also be providing a tour of our Auckland water bottling plant.

This will be held as Just Life Group’s Head Office at 103 Hugo Johnston Drive, Penrose.
