Enprise Group Limited (NZX: ENS) announces progress of its Right Issue process. Enprise has allotted 1,210,662 new shares, equating to total capital raised of $1,029,062 which is 75% of the proposed raise, the Board is working to place the shortfall.
The funds advanced under this facility are to be applied towards the purposes outlined in the offer document.
