Please find attached the Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form for the NZ Rural Land Company Limited Annual Meeting to be held at Link Market Services’ Offices, Level 30, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010 on Thursday, 8 December 2022 commencing at 2:30pm.
The purpose of the meeting is for shareholders to consider approving a series of transactions for NZL to acquire up to 100% of a forestry estate located in the Manawatū-Whanganui region in the North Island as announced on the NZX on 21 October 2022.
