Paul Kerr appointed new Chief Financial Officer

Vital Limited are pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Kerr as our Chief Financial Officer. Paul will be a member of Vitals Leadership team and will take up the role on 19th December.

Paul has more than 20 years’ experience in finance roles, including 10 years within the telecommunications industry. He joins Vital from Chorus NZ Ltd, where he was Head of Finance Systems and Technology, leading the finance function’s transformation strategy with a focus on improving their systems and processes, as well as financially managing their Technology Division.

Prior to this, he worked at Spark, leading the finance function in the Mobile Network build programme. This was encircled by two spells in England, primarily working in the retail and supply chain sectors, in roles such as Financial Controller, Senior Group Accountant, as well as various business partnering roles.
