Further to the announcement made by Goodwood Capital Limited (“GWC”) on Wednesday, 16 November 2022, GWC is seeking shareholder approval to acquire WasteCo Holdings NZ Limited.
NZX Product Operations advises that subject to GWC shareholder approval of the acquisition on 5 December 2022, GWC will be changing its name to WasteCo Group Limited and its ticker code to “WCO” effective 6 December 2022.
The ISIN for GWC ordinary shares will remain unchanged.
