The Company announces that it agreed on 30 November 2022 to allot 310,000 Ordinary Shares at 273.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 30 November 2022 was 266.3p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 2 December 2022. As at 2 December 2022 the issued share capital and total voting rights will be 156,408,564.
