Goodwood Capital Limited (NZX: GWC) has provided a copy of the presentation to the special meeting of shareholders being held at 10.30am on Monday 5 December 2022 to consider the approvals required to complete the acquisition of WasteCo Holdings NZ Limited, and consequent reverse-listing as WasteCo Group Limited.
