NZ RegCo advises that following shareholder approval and completion of Goodwood Capital Limited’s acquisition of WasteCo Holdings NZ Limited, the suspension of trading will be lifted at pre-market open tomorrow.

Trading will resume at market open Tuesday, 6 December 2022 under the new issuer name WasteCo Group Limited and ticker code “WCO”.
