Appointment of New Director



Further to the announcement on 19 December 2022, pursuant to the combination of JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc (the "Company") with JPMorgan Elect plc ("JPE"), the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Bates as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from today.



Steven Bates is currently serving as director and Chief Investment Officer of GuardCap Asset Management Limited and is also a non-executive director of GuardCap UCITS plc and The Biotech Growth Trust plc. He has served as the head of emerging markets at J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management (UK) Limited, a business he established for a predecessor organisation (Flemings) in 1990. Steven was previously non-executive chair of Vinacapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited and of Third Point Investors Limited.

There is no other information to be disclosed under FCA Listing Rule 9.6.13R (1) to (6) in relation to Mr Bates.
