Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it agreed on 5 January 2023 to allot 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 281.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 5 January 2023 was 273.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 9 January 2023. As at 9 January 2023, the issued share capital and total voting rights will be 157,308,564.
