JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc announces that today it issued 70,000 Ordinary Shares for cash from Treasury at 453.80 pence per share.

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 320,772,087 Ordinary Shares and 273,261 shares held in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
