Appointment of Executive Director

APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Further to the announcement made on 1 December 2022, Downer EDI Limited (Downer) today announced the appointment of Peter Tompkins as Executive Director, effective from 1 February 2023.

As previously announced, Mr Tompkins will be appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Downer Group following the retirement of Grant Fenn, which will be on 27 February 2023.
