Request for information from NZ RegCo

Ryman Healthcare Limited is aware of recent media stories regarding its debt financing arrangements. Yesterday evening, Ryman received a request from NZ RegCo for information about its historical disclosures relating to its USPP facilities and about its financial covenants.

Ryman will respond to the request and co-operate fully with NZ RegCo. Ryman also confirms that it is in compliance with its continuous disclosure obligations.

Ryman recently announced a fully underwritten entitlement offer. That offer continues, with settlement and allotment of new shares under the institutional offer taking place this Friday.
