Further to the announcement released by New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited (“NZL”), NZ RegCo advises that at the request of the issuer it has placed a trading halt on NZL ordinary shares. The trading halt was put in place pre-market open this morning.
NZL ordinary shares will remain in halt until the earlier of:
• An announcement by the issuer stating the outcome of the institutional shortfall bookbuild; or
• Market open on the NZX on Friday, 3 March 2023
