NZ RegCo advises that it has placed a trading halt on Pushpay Holdings Limited (“PPH”) ordinary shares, at the request of the issuer. The halt was placed at 12.58pm today, Wednesday, 1 March 2023.
The trading halt has been put in place pending the release of an announcement from the issuer relating to proxy votes for its pending meeting on 3 March 2023.
The trading halt will remain in place until the release of the announcement or market open on Thursday, 2 March 2023.
