Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund, advises the release of a new Product Disclosure Statement (‘PDS’), and Statement of Investment Policy and Objectives (‘SIPO’), effective 28 March 2023.
The updated documents include changes to the investment portfolio of the fund from transactions and valuation updates, as well as information on related party transactions.
An updated version of the PDS, SIPO, along with unaudited financial statements of the Scheme to 31 December 2022 for the Fund have been registered and are attached.
