MHM Automation Limited (MHM) update regarding Wyma acquisition
MHM is pleased to announce that today it signed the sale and purchase agreement to acquire Wyma Engineering (NZ) Limited. The acquisition is still conditional.
We expect to be releasing the Notice of Meeting (NoM) on 3 April 2023, ahead of a shareholder meeting on 21 April 2023. The NoM will provide more details on the transaction for shareholders.
