Asset Plus (NZX: APL) advises that the sale of the property at 22 Stoddard Road, Auckland has now gone unconditional at a price of $36.75 million, with the purchaser having satisfied due diligence.
As part of satisfying due diligence, it has been agreed with the purchaser that settlement will now occur on 1 May 2023.
