Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it agreed on 26 May 2023 to allot 175,000 ordinary shares at 248.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share as at the close of business on 26 May 2023 was 240.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 31 May 2023, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 161,438,564.
