NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt on Pacific Edge Limited (“PEB”) ordinary shares. The halt was placed at 8:14am today, Tuesday, 6 June 2023.
The trading halt is expected to be lifted after the release of a material announcement by PEB.
