NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, further to the Election Notice released to noteholders by Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited today, Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited will exercise its right to fully redeem their capital notes (“FCGHA”).

The final day of trading in FCGHA will be Wednesday, 28 June 2023 prior to the capital notes being suspended at close of business.
